Season 2 shows a teary exchange between Max (Belle Mariano) and Deib (Donny Pangilinan), who appear to be having trust issues in their relationship.
The first season centered on Max, a hardworking provincial girl, navigating her new life at Benison International School. Max, who is both feared as a bully and revered as a school heartthrob, fights with Deib, a headstrong and ethical student.
Forced to collaborate on a project, the two quickly learn about each other's personalities, unloading and assisting one other with family issues, and eventually become their support system in achieving their goals.
"He's Into Her," based on Maxine Lat's books and directed by Chad Vidanes, was Belle Mariano and Donny Pangilinan's first project as lead actors and as a pair. The Star Cinema production was a huge hit, as evidenced by its record-breaking viewership on iWantTFC, which surpassed 4 million active users throughout its run, and trending hashtags that made it to the top of Twitter's global list.
