1. Blackpink

The group is bannered by Nayeon, Jeongyeon, Momo, Sana, Jihyo, Mina, Dahyun, Chaeyoung, and Tzuyu. Historically, Twice debuted in October 2015 after being formed under the television program Sixteen. Since then, the group has been impacting the international stage.

In 2017, the group debuted in Japan, immediately making an impact in the Japanese Dome Tour. The multi-awarded girls’ group of Korea is also the first female Korean act to simultaneously top Billboard's World Albums and World Digital Song Sales charts after releasing their album Twicetagram and Likey in 2017. Red Velvet is one of the multi-awarded K-Pop groups under SM Entertainment. Initially, the group is composed of 4 members, namely Irene, Seulgi, Wendy, and Joy when they first debuted in 2014. In 2015, Yeri came to the group, making the Red Velvet Cast into 5.

The name Red Velvet reflects on their very own performances. Red is for pop. At the same time, Velvet is for '90s-influenced R&B with elements of ballad and jazz. The musical performances of Red Velvet also topped the Billboard World Digital Song Sales chart. They also received several accolades, such as the Golden Disc Award. Internationally, the group was featured in Time and Billboard. In 2020, their group ranked fifth overall for the most streamed K-Pop artists worldwide. Bini is one of the rising Filipina Pop Girls Group in the Philippines. The eight-member Filipino group was composed of Aiah, Colet, Maloi, Gwen, Stacey, Mikha, Jhoanna, and Sheena under the management of Star Magic. In November 2020, the group began to pre-debut their single "Da Coconut Nut."

The group has been nominated for several music awards in the Philippines. In 2021, the group began to rise as their group was nominated in the Prêmio Anual K4US (PAK2021) in Brazil for the best international music act.

They have just started. However, like the other K-Pop groups like Blackpink, they will rise. Support local, and love Bini!

5. MNL48

One of the International Sister Groups of the Japanese Pop Group AKB48, the MNL48, was formed. Alongside JKT48 and BNK48, the group composed of 48 members has been making its name as it has already hauled multiple awards here and abroad.

Like Bini, MNL48 started slowly before immediately impacting both local and international stages. The first generation of MNL48, debuted the Aitakatta – Gustong Makita and Pag-ibig Fortune Cookie. In 2019, the group performed the second generation, 365 Araw ng Eroplanong Papel, Ikaw ang Melody, High Tension & Kapamilya Management. In the third generation, the group featured High Tension and River.

AESPA is one of the rising K-POP girls groups under the management of SM Entertainment that is currently making an immediate impact in the history of Pop Musical Culture. The group comprised Karina, Giselle, Winter, and Ningning debuted on November 17, 2020, with their award-winning single entitled “Black Mamba.” Their sudden rise in the musical industries was foreseen after their first single captured several awards. This made them capture the Rookie of the Year in various musical awards in Korea and abroad.

7. Little Mix

Since 2011, Little Mix has been one of the best-selling girls’ groups of all time. It features masterpieces with themes related to female empowerment, gender equality, body positivity, LGBTQ+ rights, and sexism. The group is composed of 4 members, namely Perrie Edwards, Leigh-Anne Pinnock, Jade Thirlwall, and Jesy Nelson, who left the group due to an illness.

The group has risen to fame after winning X-Factor in 2011. Since then, the group has made five top-selling singles entitled "Cannonball" in 2011, "Wings" in 2012, "Black Magic" in 2015, "Shout Out to My Ex" in 2016, and "Sweet Melody" in 2021.

Though the group decided to take a break in 2022, Little Mix is one of the best musical groups of all time, featuring Pop, R&B, and dance-pop music.

8. Girls Generation

Before the rise of the likes of Blackpink and Twice, Girls Generation has been shaking the stage with their outstanding performances, carving their names as one of the best performing K-Pop Group of all time. The group comprises nine members, namely Taeyeon, Sunny, Tiffany, Hyoyeon, Yuri, Sooyoung, Yoona, Seohyun, and Jessica has earned numerous accolades and awards for their musical singles and albums.

The Girls Generation has been honored as the Top K-Pop Group for the Past Decade by Billboard, which has achieved numerous stream views on Youtube and for its award-winning and record-breaking achievements in the field of music.

Currently, Girls Generation has been on an indefinite hiatus since 2017. Truly, their group is among the best performing group in Korea and the world.

Another South Korean Pop Group rising is Itzy. Itzy is one of the top-performing K-Pop groups today. The group comprises five members, namely Yeji, Lia, Ryujin, Chaeryeong, and Yuna. Rounding up the Top 10 is Mamamoo. Mamamoo has been one of the best performing K-Pop groups since its first establishment in 2014. The group comprises 4 members, namely Solar, Moonbyul, Wheein, and Hwasa. The group is best known for its retro, jazz, R&B concepts, and strong vocal performances.

Since 2014, the group has already hauled multiple awards, making them one of the best and most influential K-Pop groups. They also received hundreds of nominations, both international and local awards. Their performances earned them as one of the best-selling girl's groups.
